Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of the Darajet services, published by SYNERPIA.

Use of Darajet implies compliance with these terms.

Access to certain features requires a personal account.

The creation of a user account is reserved for persons aged 18 or over.

The user undertakes to provide accurate information and, where necessary, to keep it up to date.

The account is personal.

The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their means of access and must report any unauthorised use of their account of which they become aware.

It is forbidden to assign, share or make login credentials available to an unauthorised person.

The user undertakes to use Darajet in accordance with its intended purpose, these terms and the applicable regulations.

In particular, it is forbidden:

• to access or attempt to access accounts, data or systems without authorisation;
• to disrupt or compromise the operation or security of the service;
• to use Darajet for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
• to infringe the rights of SYNERPIA or of third parties.

SYNERPIA implements the reasonable means necessary for the proper operation of Darajet.

The service may be temporarily interrupted, in particular for maintenance, updates, incidents or security operations.

Darajet may evolve and certain features may be modified in compliance with the applicable obligations.

Use of Darajet confers no ownership right over the service or its constituent elements.

Any unauthorised reproduction, extraction, modification, adaptation or exploitation is prohibited.

SYNERPIA shall not be held liable for consequences arising from use of Darajet contrary to these terms, from inaccurate information provided by a user, or from an external event reasonably beyond its control.

Users and organisations using Darajet remain responsible for their own activities and for the information they enter.

The limitations set out herein apply to the extent permitted by law.

The processing of personal data is described in the Darajet Privacy Policy.

These terms may be amended in particular to take account of developments in the service, in the regulations or in security requirements.

The date of the last update appears at the top of the document.

These terms are governed by French law, subject to any applicable mandatory provisions.
